We are one of the leading Exclusive Representatives of Foreign Companies in India for big projects as per international bidding/tendering and traders. We are into arranging Joint Ventures with Large Infrastructure Companies from India and Overseas for mega Projects .

Our Turkish Contractor want participate UPCOMING PROJECTS IN YOUR COUNTRY with your Company IN JOINT VENTURE in NON ACTIVE PARTNER ROLE

HERE IS OPTION FOR PARTICIPATE THE PROJECTS, PLEASE SEE AS BELOW:

OPTION – NON – ACTIVE PARTNER ROLE

FOREIGN COMPANY (TURKISH COMPANY) can participate as Non Active Partner as SILENT PARTNER without any financial responsibility on FOREIGN COMPANY and your Company /LOCAL contractor will pay professional fees TO FOREIGN COMPANY fees as per Internal Agreement which will sign between FOREIGN COMPANY organization and LOCAL Contractor after mutual agreed.

All Bid Bonds, Bank Guarantees and any other forms of Guarantees as required by the client will be given by your Company / LOCAL company on JV’s name (and on FOREIGN COMPANY behalf also). All risks and liabilities will be handled and borne by LOCAL company.

Turkish Company will provide all documents , Certificates, Balance Sheet as per tender CRITERIA as required by Client for qualified the bid / tender

If project awarded to in JV name (TURKISH COMPANY AND YOUR COMPANY) than Your Company will pay % to Turkish Company and —% of —-% to be paid on Mobilization advances and balance payment on running bill as per signed Internal Agreement and if any taxes on —% and same will be paid by your Company.

All profit from these project will be your and our Turkish Contractor need only —-% towards their Credentials.

If you need one special engineer at project site and Turkish Company will send at project site but expenses of one engineer will be paid by your Company.
