Divine Marine & Diving Services Limited, an 80% indigenous Marine & Diving Company and 20% foreign Partnership, with her operational base at Port Harcourt was formed in February 2009, by three (3) experienced Nigerians who were all trained in various educational and professional institutions in Nigeria and abroad, and also in-house and on the job.

Our experiences working with various national and international companies both inshore and offshore in the Oil and Gas industry had prompted us to use our acquired knowledge to Partner with a renowned, experienced foreign diving company DUC DIVING BV, NETHERLANDS to serve the Oil and Gas industry in a new and better way, looking for new innovations.
