Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE BUSINESS DIRECTORY AND THE MARKETPLACE ON THE HOMEPAGE?

A: The company guide is for listing company profiles, like name, address, a description about the company activities, etc. The marketplace however is only for listing products, promotions, special events, etc. Companies can take big advantage to choose both options: They can list their company profile, but also promote discounts, demonstrations of products, highlight a specific product, or a special event and so on.

Q: WHY SHOULD I UPLOAD PICTURES?

A: First of all, showing pictures will increase the number of visitors on your ad. Remember always that a picture can say more than 1000 words. Second, the upload of pictures is very easy and works from every device, laptop and cell phone. Keep in mind that you can upload a maximum of 4 pictures with a maximum size of 1024 KB each. Switch to a lower density on your camera, or resize your pictures with free software like VSO Resizer, if your pictures over exceed the maximum size. Best picture extensions to use are JPEG, GIF and PNG. We use a flash uploader. If you have problems with it, click under the flash to use your browser uploader.

Q: I DON’T RECEIVE MY PASSWORD AFTER REGISTRATION.

A: Most common issue here is that your spam filters stopped the email with your password. Check your spam box. If it is not there, contact Afritrada to solve the problem quickly. It is also possible that a slow internet connection or your antivirus program delays the email arrival. Just wait a minute and check your email box again.
